Our staff also includes people very familiar with the special civil engineering and architectural requirements for golf courses.  We have recently developed the 9 hole expansion of the championship course at Castel D’Aviano.  When completed, the course will measure 6,800 yards and will have a slope of 125.

We were contacted by the owners of the Castel D’Aviano hotel, restaurant and golf complex to work with them in the acquisition of land for and the eventual development of an addition to their existing 9 hole golf course.   We have worked with them to complete  acquisition of the additional 50 acres and have developed the 9 hole layout pictured here.  When completed, the new course will measure 6800 yards from the championship tees and have a slope of 125.  The course will be open for play in the summer of 2004.
